The Curious Cadence of Leaderly

“You often become that which you repeat.”

That quote is also a timeless truth, rooted in both psychology and behavioral science. This science of repetition and reinforcement is also the underlying premise of daily leadership development. And amazingly, it has never been done before with software.

A cynic might ask the question, “can you learn to lead only from technology?” I would say, absolutely not. Learning is a function of multiple surface areas: physical, digital and even internal.

However, mobile technology and AI can play essential roles in developing the habits, initiative and language of leaders at their own pace, especially valuable for those who have never led before.

After several years of development in microlearning, we have some interesting insights about how the mind learns in a connected world.  While technology-based learning is admittedly rarely as potent as in-person leadership development, microlearning provides a reliable daily cadence to insert the insights and introspection of leadership into those increasingly available mobile moments.

At Leaderly, we make continually learning leadership intuitive, instrospective and interesting for everyone.  It’s all about the cadence of wanting to improve yourself, even if just a little bit, every single day.

There is no book, speaker or even place that can “make” you a leader. The capability and desire to lead is always on you, and it’s for life. That is the timeline we envision when we began to design and program Leaderly.

Leaderly does as much with an individual’s psychology, values and motivations as it does with organizing the concepts, questions and applications of leadership itself.

With a subject as vast and complex, timeless and satisfying as leadership, how could we not intersect leadership development with the bold and expanding potentials of microlearning? Learning to lead has become limitless.

The question is, are you willing to adapt to the new cadence of learning to the embrace the new opportunities to lead? Personal excellence and happiness in leading may be much closer to you than you imagined.
