Welcome.

You have been invited here as a person who reflects what it means to “live leaderly.” We are now inviting you to briefly share your insights and introspections in our new podcast.

Season 3 host of Live Leaderly podcast is Jamey Gadoury. Jamey has a deep interest in people and their stories. He’s naturally curious and has conducted countless interviews on leader experiences, decisions, and crisis leadership. Military service, including 2 combat deployments, imprinted a strong leader ideal on Jamey. That ideal has since been refined by over 15 years in the leader development sector. His academic background includes psychology degrees from West Point and Gordon Conwell.  Jamey knows less than he used to and has learned some from success and more from failure. He resides in Arizona with his bride of 25 years and their three teens / young adults. He follows Jesus imperfectly. 

The podcast format is a relaxed conversation planned to last 15-25 minutes. Our chat will be centered on:

• Your background and what it means to you to live leaderly

• What leadership habits are most natural to you

• And, why you think “Anyone Can Learn to Lead"

These recordings will take place in an easy Zoom video conference. We find that sound quality is better when using headphones with a microphone attached or a stand-alone microphone. However, computer/phone built-in mics will suffice as well. You can also have the conversation with video or without it.

We don’t care if just a phone call since it’s the audio portion that makes its way into the Leaderly app as part our Spring release of the first continuous leader development application in the world.
