The Leaderly Primer
Kick-Start Your Strategy of Continuous Learning and Engagement
Leaderly has developed this two-section Primer that helps you complete the first wave of strategy to launch continuous learning and engagement. Section 1 is the Readiness Primer and Section 2 is the Engagement Primer.
We recommend discussing each section with the leadership team of your organization (even all employees) to encompass as many ideas and intentions for success.
Your submissions will be evaluated promptly by the Leaderly Engagement team who are experts in the enabling of continuous learning and engagements. Upon receipt of your Leaderly primer, they will schedule a Zoom meeting to present your customized Leaderly version and discuss your framework for a successful rollout of Leaderly.
Section 1: Readiness Primer
This section helps us determine your team / organization’s primary needs, goals and priorities to maximize learning and measure impact. From these questions our engagement team will be prepared to present a success framework specific to your organization.
Readiness encompasses goals, alignment and priorities. After Section 1 is completed, Section 2 will open.
